How to use it
How to use Pranarôm Damask Rose Essential Oil?
Dilute 2 drops, 3 times daily in a neutral carrier (honey, sugar or vegetable oil). Ideal for topical application (face, body) or oral use.
For skin application, mix with a vegetable oil before use. Avoid direct inhalation or undiluted diffusion. For best results, use in short courses (maximum 3 weeks).
