How to use it
Oral use: 10 g (1 tablespoon) a day. Cosmetic use: Suitable for combination or oily skin, as it balances the skin's acidity. Use on oily hair (20 minutes on the roots before shampooing) or on dry hair (as a mask) for dry hair (apply as a mask to the hair in a warm, damp towel).
