How to use it
Gelodiet powder can be used to adapt the texture of foods and drinks, whether sweet or savoury, hot or cold, without altering the taste.
Add the powder to the liquid or food and stir vigorously for 15 seconds with a whisk or fork until completely dissolved. Wait 2 minutes for the mixture to thicken.
The desired consistency varies with the dosage (Syrups, cream, thick purée). Refer to the label on the tin or sachet for the correct dosage.
