How to use it
Recommended dosage:
1 to 3 servings per day. 1 serving = approx. 11 g of protein = 3 scoops.
Dissolve one (or more) scoops into the cold or hot preparation you wish to enrich. The powder can be added to any liquid or solid preparation, hot or cold, sweet or savoury. It does not alter the taste or texture of your recipes. Adjust the amount used based on your daily protein requirements.
Examples:
- 3 scoops in a serving of soup (200 ml).
- 3 scoops in 100 g of fruit purée.
- 3 scoops in a glass of fruit juice (200–250 ml).
- For use in batter (e.g. cake or pancake mix), reduce the liquid in the original recipe by the equivalent weight of the protein powder you add to maintain the same texture after baking. (Example: Original recipe calls for 400 g of milk → Enriched recipe with 100 g of collagen protein powder: use 300 g of milk).
