How to use it
How to use the Digit wrist blood pressure monitor?
For an accurate reading, position the cuff at heart level, with a bare and relaxed wrist. Switch on the device and remain still during measurement. Use it at the same time each day, ideally morning and evening, for consistent monitoring.
Avoid caffeine, tobacco, or exercise for 30 minutes beforehand. Refer to the instruction manual to interpret your results and share the data with your doctor.
