How to use it
Some tips for using a blood pressure monitor: - Regularly measure the blood pressure for at least a week, in the morning between sunrise and breakfast and the evening before the meal - Take the blood pressure in similar conditions: in peace, away from noise, and after 5 minutes of rest -Respect the user manual to avoid any source of error: Device to place inside the wrist, forearmed arm, and tensiometer at the height of the heart
