Phototherapy is a non-drug treatment method using the physical properties of light. Long used in skin diseases such as psoriasis, its action on allergic rhinitis has also been demonstrated by clinical trials.
HUMER STOP ALLERGIES is an intranasal phototherapy device emitting two wavelengths of the light spectrum: -Visible red light (660 ± 5 nm) limits the release of histamine, responsible for allergic reactions. -Infrared light (940 ± 5 nm) - its heat is perceived by the cells as an anti-inflammatory signal. HUMER STOP ALLERGIES provides an efficient and gentle solution to relieve the most troublesome symptoms of allergic rhinitis.

How to use it
Read the instructions carefully before use
Use HUMER STOP ALLERGIES - Intranasal Phototherapy Device for 3 minutes, twice daily.
Clean the tips with a moistened (modified 70% alcohol) lint-free wipe Check that the silicone tips are correctly positioned on the device.
Simultaneously press the 2 buttons on the sides of the device to spread the 2 tips apart, then place the device in each nostril.
Position the device in the nose so that it is comfortable and can hold itself. If the device does not hold, hold it for the duration of use.
Start the device by pressing the "On / Off" button, a red light will light up at the 2 tips. Note: 2 consecutive beeps will sound and a red light will flash when the device battery is low. It must then be recharged.
The treatment session lasts 3 minutes. The device then switches off automatically and 3 sequences of 2 beeps sound to signal the end of the treatment session. If you wish to stop the treatment session before the 3 minutes are up, press the "On/Off" button on the side of the device to turn it off.
Remove the device from the nose by pressing the 2 adjustable buttons simultaneously. After each use, clean the tips of the device with a moistened (modified 70% alcohol) lint-free wipe.
