How to use it
How to use Humer sinusitis nasal spray?
Blow your nose before use. Shake the bottle, remove the cap and prime the pump (1–2 sprays). Insert the nozzle into one nostril while gently closing the other with a finger. Spray 2–3 times into each nostril while inhaling lightly. Repeat 2–3 times daily.
After each use, rinse the nozzle with warm water, dry it thoroughly and replace the cap. Keep the leaflet for a reminder of best practices.
