How to use it

How to use : dilute 35 g (1 sachet) in 500 ml water to reconstitute an isotonic drink. Dilution can be adapted to ambient temperature : if < 10°C, dilute 35g in 400 ml (slightly hypoertonic drink) ; if > 25°C, dilute 35g in 750 ml (hypotonic drink).
Shake until complmete dissolution.
Drink during the effort by small mouthfuls eache 5-10 minutes at rate of approximately 500 ml per hour and then 500 ml immediately at the end of the exercise.
