How to use it
Shake the mixture vigorously before consumption. Consume as regularly as possible during the effort, ideally 1 to 2 full sips every 10 minutes.
Depending on the duration of your effort, dilute:
2 pods (70g) in 750ml of water
or
1.3 pod (46g) in 500ml of water
This pot contains 500 g of powder or 10 rations of 1.3 pods.
