Energy gel of the effort of carbohydrate intake, enriched with Vitamins and Minerals, with extracts of Plants.

How to use it
1 to 2 pods per hour in training or competition, especially on the starting line or in anticipation of difficulty (coast, acceleration ...) up to 6 per day.
