Quality supplementMy diet is dairy free, so low in Vitamin A, although I do regularly have sweet potato for beta carotene. I have very poor night vision so felt I may be low in this vitamin. I like the Solgar dry Vitamin A, only a small tablet so easy to take. No side effects and after a few months taking it, my skin has improved and my night sight is definitely better than it was. So very pleased and will continue to take it. Thanks Solgar :)
