How to use it
How to take Solgar Magnesium?
Take 3 tablets daily, preferably with a meal for better absorption. Swallow whole with a glass of water—do not chew. Follow this dosage for optimal effectiveness.
For digestive comfort, space the intake throughout the day (e.g. 1 tablet with each meal).

I've tried many other brandsI've tried many other brands before taking Solgar magnesium. It's easier to swallow and it seems to work for me in alleviating my muscle tensions on my shoulder from my accident injury. I also noticed that it's easier to fall asleep.

Tablet is big and coarseTablet is too big and coarse. And you have to take 4 of them. I have to break it into halves. However, it's effective in giving you a good night sleep

A must for women going through menopause, and for anyone struggling with sleep and anxiety. I don't take the advised amount as it feels like too much. Start with 250mg and work your way up to an amount that is appropriate for you

Titanium Dioxide, really?Since many years I use these tablets and I could rate them 5 stars, however now they contain Titanium Dioxide, a very doubtful additiv to color the tablets white! In France this is already forbidden. And now they start at solgar to use it. Very disappointed, I need to find another brand now...
