The natural active ingredients (iron powder, Charcoal and salt) release heat when they come into contact with the oxygen in the air.

How to use it

Remove the patch from its packaging and peel off the protective film. Place the product over the painful area on clean, dry skin, making sure that it adheres perfectly to the skin all over.

For menstrual Pains, place the patch or strip over your underwear. It may take around 30 minutes for the product to reach the required temperature.
