DIGESTCONFORT Rectolax is a medical device based on a polysaccharide complex of Marshmallow and Mallow with an evacuating, soothing and protective action on the rectal mucosa. The formula softens faeces, improves evacuation and neutralises the discomfort, irritation and inflammation associated with constipation.
- Mallow and Marshmallow form a protective film that reduces irritation and inflammation. They also protect and soothe the mucosa.
- Honey is an excellent nutrient that promotes stool evacuation.
- Rectolax also contains Honey and extracts of Lemon and Lavender. Also useful in cases where cleaning of the end of the rectum and anus is necessary.

Ingredients: Demineralised Water, Honey, Marshmallow and Mallow polysaccharide complex, Lemon hydroglycerine extract, Lavender hydroglycerine extract, preservatives: potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate.

For rectal use only. Do not swallow. Do not use if case is damaged. Donot use in the event of hypersensitivity or allergy to one or more of the ingredients. Do not use with other medical devices or medicines without first consulting a doctor or pharmacist. In the event of persistent constipation, it is important to consult your doctor to rule out other illnesses. Pains should not be used in cases of acute abdominal pain or pain of unknown origin. Keep out of sight and reach of Children. Do not use the product after the expiry date indicated on the pack.

How to use it

For infants and Children aged 1 to 12: use 1 x 5g cannula if necessary.

For persistent constipation in Children aged 3 to 12, use 2 doses at a time. Each single-dose container is individually sealed until use to ensure hygiene.

Open the cannula by removing the lid.
Lubricate the cannula with a few drops of product, insert the cannula into the rectum and press the bellows down until the cannula is completely extracted to prevent the product from being sucked back in.
After using the product, avoid all contact with the eyes and wash your hands thoroughly.
