How to use Natessance Organic Avocado Oil?
For culinary use, consume a maximum of 2 teaspoons per day, unheated (ideal for salads or smoothies). For skincare, apply a few drops to clean skin (face, neck, hands or body) and massage until fully absorbed. Perfect for nourishing dry or damaged skin.
