Arnica oil is obtained by a maceration of arnica flowers in a sunflower oil. Arnica is known for its calming, soothing and relaxing properties. Used before or after physical exercise, helps you prepare your body, improves muscle recovery, reduces fatigue. Efficient for muscles and joints pains, stiffness and cramps. This nourishing and protective oil is also ideal for a massage.

How to use it
Apply pure onto the targeted area, after diluting essential oil at a rate of 10 drops per table spoon. Also suitable for a massage. Can be used from 1 year old in case of a blow or a fall. In that case, apply onto healthy skin, without massaging it.
Compositions & ingredients

Ingredients: oily Arnica flower macerate (Arnica montana flower extract) at 5% in sunflower oil (Helianthus annuus seed oil), natural vitamin E (tocopherol) (0.02%).
External use only. Do not apply on damaged skin. Do not swallow. This is not a solar filter. Keep away from young children. The ARKOPHARMA laboratories offer a range of vegetable oils, adapted to your skin and its needs, that can be applied as a local massage to the face, body and hair.
