How to use it
How to use the Omron M4 blood pressure monitor?
For accurate measurement, rest for 5 minutes before use. Place the cuff on your bare arm, 1–2 cm above the elbow, level with your heart. Remain still and silent during measurement.
Use the "3 consecutive measurements" mode for a more reliable average. Sync your results via the OMRON connect app. If atrial fibrillation is repeatedly detected, consult a doctor.
