How to use it

For delicious, fluffy pancakes, follow the advice of the EAFIT Proteins Chef:

Mix 2 scoops of powder with 100 ml of cold or room temperature Water
Take a good tablespoon of the batter and pour into a crêpe pan or a simple frying pan
Cook for 2 to 3 minutes on each face, depending on the Colouring you want and the size of your pancakes
Once cooked, you can decorate them as you wish (with fruit, chocolate chips, etc.)
Remember to reseal the bag after opening and keep it away from heat and humidity.
