How to use it
Milical hyperprotein products are used as part of the Milical 3.2.2 weight loss diet. They cannot be consumed as the sole source of nutrition but must be combined with traditional foods. Weight-loss diets without medical supervision are particularly not recommended for Children, growing adolescents, pregnant or Milk feeding women and the elderly. It is advisable to maintain a sufficient intake of Water throughout the day (1.5 to 2 litres). Excessive consumption of bars may have laxative effects.
