Instructions for using the Hot/Cold pocket
- Hot :
_ Hot Water use: immerse the pouch in boiling water for a maximum of 5mn. Remove the pouch from the water and place it in its cover or in a cloth before applying it to the area to be treated.
use of the microwave oven: place the pouch in the microwave oven for a maximum of 1 minute at 650 watts. Remove the pouch and insert it in its cover or in a cloth before applying it to the area to be treated.

- When cold: place the pouch without its cover in the freezer for at least 2 hours. Remove the pouch from the freezer and insert it in its cover or in a cloth before applying it to the area to be treated.
