How to use Granions Strong Muscle Relaxant?
For athletes: before exercise, chew 1 tablet. During activity, take 1 tablet every hour. After exercise, continue taking 1 tablet every hour until improvement. On days before and after intense activity, spread 5 tablets throughout the day. For non-athletes, chew 5 tablets daily at any time.
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct light.
