How to use it
Oral route: 2 tablets a day with a glass of Water, preferably outside of mealtimes. As soon as the muscle contraction appears: take 2 tablets a day until the desired effect is obtained.
In anticipation of prolonged and/or sustained muscular effort: take 2 tablets a day as a 15-day course of treatment.
