How to use it
In the event of physical exertion: 1 tablet with a glass of water 1 hour before exercise to prevent cramps, or 1 tablet after exercise as soon as the first signs appear. In the event of regular cramps: 1 tablet a day in the morning with a glass of water, for 30 days.
