1 capsule a day to be taken with a large glass of water (200 ml), preferably in the morning. Start at any time during your cycle, when you start to feel premenstrual discomfort.

Ingredients : Capsule shell (hydroxypropylmethycellulose, colour: calcium carbonate), bulking agent (gum acacia), marine magnesium (magnesium oxide), vitamin C, extract of feverfew (Tanacetum parthenium (L.) Sch.Bip.) (50 mg or 200 mg plant equivalent), extract of sweet fennel (Foeniculum vulgare Mill. ssp. Vulgare var. dulce) (48 mg or 384 mg plant equivalent), vitamin E, saffron extract (Crocus sativus L.) (30 mg or 120 mg plant equivalent), anti-caking agents (silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids), chaste tree extract (Vitex agnus castus L.) (7.5mg or 30 mg plant equivalent), vitamin B6.
