How to use Arkopharma Arkofemina Painful Periods?
From the start of your period, take 1 to 3 tablets per day, depending on your age: 1 tablet for ages 12–14, 1–2 tablets for ages 15–17, and up to 3 tablets from age 18. Space the intake throughout the day with a large glass of water.
For intense pain, you may take 2 tablets at once. Do not exceed 3 tablets per day. This natural supplement helps relieve menstrual cramps and digestive discomfort associated with periods.
