How to use it
How to take Tilman Flexofyto?
For adults and adolescents aged 12 and over: take 2 capsules in the morning and evening for 1 month, then 2 capsules in the morning. For children aged 6–12: take 2 capsules in the morning for 1 month, then 1 capsule.
For tendon support: take 4 capsules in the morning and evening (ages 12+) or 2 capsules (ages 6–12) for 1 week.
Swallow with a glass of water, preferably during a meal.
