How to use it
How to use Tilman Flexofytol capsules?
For optimal joint support, follow these dosages:
From 12 years old: take 2 capsules in the morning and evening for 1 month, then 2 capsules in the morning. For ages 6–12: take 2 capsules in the morning for 1 month, then 1 capsule.
For intensive needs (tendons): take 4 capsules in the morning and evening for 1 week (ages 12+), or 2 capsules in the morning and evening (ages 6–12). Swallow with a glass of water during a meal.
