How to use it
Capsule morning: Take 1 capsule in the morning with a glass of water. Capsule evening: Take 1 capsule at bedtime with a glass of water.
Compositions & ingredients

Capsule evening: Quackgrass (dry extract titrated to 1% of 5 HTP), Chamomile, Powder passionflower, L-tyrosine, Meadowsweet (flowering tops), vegetarian capsule.
Nutritional analysis for 1 morning capsule :
Extract of acerola (dry extract titrated to 25% in vit C) 240mg Of which Vitamin C 60mg Vitamin C 120mg Ginger rhizome 50mg Royal jelly freeze-dried 40mg Meadowsweet plant 40mg
Not recommended for people with allergies to salicylates. Keep out of reach of young children. Do not exceed the daily doses indicated. Reserved for adults over 15 years old. Can not substitute for a balanced diet.
