How to use it
Shake the mixture vigorously before consumption.
Consume as regularly as possible during the effort, ideally 1 to 2 full sips every 10 minutes.
During the effort:
1.5 pods (50g) in 750 ml of water. The box then allows to reconstitute 10 cans.
OR (depending on the intensity of the effort).
1 pod (33g) in 500ml of water. The box then allows to reconstitute 15 cans.
In preparation several days before the effort:
4.5 pods (150g) in 750ml of water. The box then allows to reconstitute 3 cans.
OR (depending on the intensity and duration of the planned effort).
3 pods (100g) in 500ml of water. The box then allows to reconstitute 5 cans.
