How to use it
MICROWAVE INSTRUCTIONS (1200 W)
1. Make sure the pack is at room temperature before heating it.
2. Place the pack flat in the microwave. Based on a 1200 W microwave, heat it on full power for 70 seconds.
3. Carefully remove the pack from the microwave and check that the temperature is comfortable for you. The temperature will continue to rise slightly. If you would like it warmer, return the pack to the microwave and heat it for a further 10 seconds, without exceeding 90 seconds in total. Keep an eye on the pack while it is heating, as excessive heat may cause it to burst, leak or burn.
4. Knead the pack thoroughly to distribute the heat evenly.
5. If the temperature feels comfortable, apply the pack to the affected area. If it is too hot, remove it and apply it again once the temperature feels comfortable.
6. If you need to heat it further, repeat steps 1 to 5. Store it at room temperature for later use as a hot pack.
FREEZER INSTRUCTIONS
1. Place the pack in the freezer for at least 2 hours.
2. Remove the pack from the freezer. Check the temperature to see whether it feels comfortable for you. If it does, apply the pack to the affected area.
Note: Freezer temperatures vary, so check your skin regularly during use to avoid frostbite. Cold affects everyone differently, so always let your comfort guide you. The pack can be stored in the freezer for later use as a cold pack.

Let your comfort level guide you. Do not use the pack before consulting a doctor if you suspect or have circulatory problems. Do not apply excessive pressure to the pack, as it could burst or leak. For external use only. Keep out of reach of children. Closely supervise children or people with functional limitations when using the pack. If the pain persists, please consult your doctor. If the contents come into contact with your eyes, rinse the affected area thoroughly with water. If accidentally swallowed, drink plenty of water and consult a doctor or the poison control centre immediately on 01 45 42 59 59. Discard the pack if it is punctured or leaking. DO NOT HEAT THE PACK MORE THAN TWICE WITHIN ONE HOUR. If further heat treatment is needed, wait a full hour before reheating the pack. EXCESSIVE HEATING MAY CAUSE THE PACK TO BURST OR LEAK, OR MAY CAUSE BURNS. Always use a clean microwave, free from food particles. Do not apply hot or cold for more than 20 consecutive minutes.
