How to use Arkopharma Arkorelax Sleep & Anxiety?
For adolescents and adults aged 15 and over. Take one tablet daily in the evening, ideally 30 to 60 minutes before bedtime. Swallow with a glass of water to aid absorption.
For best results, combine this supplement with a relaxing bedtime routine—such as reading or deep breathing—and avoid screens before sleep.
