How to use it
Oral use. Reserved for adults and children over 6 years of age. Adults: take 2 capsules in the evening at mealtime and 2 capsules at bedtime. Children from 6 to 12 years: 1 capsule per day. Children from 13 to 18 years: 2 capsules per day. Swallow the capsule with a large glass of water.

Ingredients: poppy petals powder* (Papaver rhoeas): 195mg/caps ( 67%); vegetal coating : hydroxypropylmethylcellulose. *cryomilling of the poppy petals titrated minimum 0,04% total alcaloïdes totaux expressed in rhoeadine and 2% total anthocyanosides expressed in cyanoside chloride.
