How to use Arkopharma Phyto Gummies?
For children aged 3 to 11: take 1 gummy per day, in the evening before bedtime. For ages 12 and above: take 2 gummies in the evening at bedtime.
These chewable gummies contain no added water or sugar, making them ideal for promoting restful sleep. Consume as part of a varied diet. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
