How to use Arkopharma Arkobiotics?
For adults only. Pour one sachet per day into 200 ml of water, preferably taken in the morning on an empty stomach. For added convenience, you can also mix the powder with yoghurt, fruit purée or a glass of juice.
Perfect for an easy routine – no need to take with meals, just a drink of water or a soft food to incorporate this supplement into your day.
