Who can take Arkopharma Arkobiotics?
Suitable for adults and adolescents from 12 years old. Take one capsule daily with a large glass of water, ideally in the morning on an empty stomach or before a meal. For optimal digestive comfort, take regularly.
Avoid during pregnancy, breastfeeding, or if you are allergic to Asteraceae (such as chamomile or mugwort).
