How to use it
Who can take Arkopharma Arkobiotics?
This supplement is suitable for adults and adolescents from 12 years old. Take one capsule daily with a glass of water, ideally on an empty stomach or before a meal. For optimal comfort, follow this routine for at least one month.
Precautions: not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women, or for those allergic to plants in the Asteraceae family (such as chamomile).
Keep out of reach of children, away from heat and moisture. Consume as part of a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended dose.
