How to use it
At bedtime, use the nasal spray first, then the oral spray, following the instructions for use.
Mouth spray: Shake the bottle well before each use 2 successive sprays at the back of the throat in the evening at bedtime Keep the product in your mouth for 20 seconds before swallowing Do not eat or drink after application
Spray Nasal: Blow your nose to clear the nasal passages Shake the nasal spray vigorously Spray 2 times into each nostril, keeping your head upright Repeat during the Night if necessary Clean the nozzle with water after use
