Recommended dosage :

Internal use: 2 drops CTEO, 3 to 4 times a day, in honey, olive oil or on cane sugar, under the tongue, for digestive and urinary disorders.
External use: 3 to 4 drops CTEO applied very locally, 3 times a day, for pains of all kinds. Dilute for larger areas or repeated applications.
