How to use it
How to use Acm Molutrex?
Before first use, replace the cap with the child-resistant cap with brush applicator. Apply the solution once or twice daily to molluscs only, avoiding healthy skin. Use the brush or fine applicator for smaller lesions.
Stop treatment as soon as redness appears (typically within 2–10 days). Do not exceed 14 days of treatment per mollusc. Allow the solution to dry after application and supervise children to prevent contact.
Compositions & ingredients

INCI Formula: Hydroxyde de potassium (0.15 g per bottle), purified water.
For external use only.
When using the solution, place the bottle on a flat surface to prevent spills.
Application must be carried out exclusively by an adult.
Read the leaflet carefully before use.
Warning: this product may be corrosive if used improperly. Do not allow the liquid to come into contact with healthy skin. Wash hands thoroughly after each use.
Molutrex must not be used:
if allergic to any of the ingredients;
on children under 2 years old;
on infected or already inflamed Molluscum contagiosum;
on mucous membranes, around the eyes, on open wounds, or on skin damaged by scratching;
on common warts or other skin keratinisation;
on patients with acute atopic eczema;
on individuals with a weakened immune system;
on areas of the body that may come into contact with an infant during breastfeeding.
To avoid potential infection, do not scratch or pick at Molluscum contagiosum.
If the product comes into contact with healthy skin, mucous membranes, or eyes, rinse thoroughly with water for 15 minutes and consult a doctor.
Do not rub your eyes or mucous membranes if the product has accidentally spilled onto your fingers. Wash your hands immediately.
Possible side effects:
Risk of temporary burning sensations and irritation; the intensity depends on skin sensitivity and the amount of solution applied.
Hyperpigmentation or hypopigmentation may occur after treated Molluscum contagiosum disappear. This will resolve spontaneously.
Scarring is very rare, with the highest risk occurring if Molluscum are scratched.
If breastfeeding, do not use this solution on areas of the body that may come into contact with the infant. Do not exceed the use-by date shown on the bottle. Close the bottle tightly after use. Store the product upright. Keep out of reach of children. The bottle may be used for up to 1 month after opening. Store at room temperature between 15°C and 25°C.
