GoodDiagnosed with osteoporosis and read this is a good supplement to take. I know Solar are good quality so started taking, easy to take once a day. 2yrs for next scan so fingers tightly crossed this helps

Best K2 (MK-7)[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been taking this after lunch together with D3 2200iu for 3 weeks and feel this is the best combination. I also take Solgar Calcium Magnesium Zinc in the evening. Now I sleep much deeper and feel more energetic, thanks to Solgar's highest quality and standards. Previously I tried a few D3 K2 combined products from other manufacturers, none of which seemed to be particularly good.

A product that works.[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I started taking K2 as a supplement for D3 which I recently started taking after having a bad Covid experience and 2 or 3 chest infections which I wouldn't normally get. I also felt that something still wasn't right with my general health and found Solgar on my online search.
After a month of these 2 supplements I am sleeping better and don't feel so tired all the time. It's a very difficult thing to review but I can only put my improvement down to Solgar's products. I am 73 years of age.
