Preparation for Grog.
Honey - Lemon juice - Cinnamon - Ginger.
Honey to soothe the irritation of the throat, lemon juice for its antiseptic virtues, essential oil of eucalyptus to cleanse and clear the nose and spices that warm and stimulate the immune defenses: cinnamon Ceylon (Cinnamomum zeylanicum) that invigorates the body and the ginger (Zingiber officinalis) true ally to clean the respiratory tracts.
Without alcohol, this preparation can be used by the whole family.
However, if you prefer the traditional recipe, add brown rum *, drink it all hot and then slip under the duvet to let the grog take effect!
