How to use it
How to use Arkopharma Arkotoux dry and chesty cough syrup?
Shake the bottle well before each use. For children aged 2 to 5 years, give one teaspoon (5 ml) twice daily, including one dose before bedtime. For children aged 6 and above, and adults, take one teaspoon (5 ml) three to four times daily. For optimal effectiveness, always take this syrup between meals.
Compositions & ingredients

Ingredients: Vegetable glycerin - Honey - Larch arabinogalactans (Larix sp.) - Thyme leaf extract (Thymus vulgaris L.) - Oligofructose - Agave syrup - Water - Concentrated lemon juice - Xanthan gum - Natural red berry flavour.
Each 10 ml dose contains approximately 3 grams of sugars. Thanks to the slow-release sugars from agave syrup and honey, Activox® Arkotoux® Syrup has a low glycaemic index of < 55.
It is recommended to take Activox® Arkotoux® Syrup away from mealtimes. A minimum interval of 4 hours should be maintained between doses. Doses may be repeated if needed.
Contraindications This product is contraindicated:
in children under 2 years of age,
in cases of allergy to one or more ingredients, thyme, or other plants in the Lamiaceae family (e.g. basil, rosemary, sage),
in cases of fructose intolerance.
Precautions for use Keep out of reach of children. If the child experiences any of the following symptoms during treatment, medical attention is required: worsening cough, fatigue, fever, breathing difficulties, or significant loss of appetite. If symptoms persist beyond 4 days of treatment, consult your doctor. Cough syrups should not be combined, and are not recommended in cases of respiratory insufficiency.
