A micelle is a complex structure in the form of a microsphere. The micelles have 2 poles, a hydrophilic pole that is soluble in water and a lipophilic pole that catches fat, which is incompatible with water. This double affinity will allow to coat the asset and protect it from the outside environment. These micelles mimic the method used by the body itself to be able to absorb fat and fat-soluble substances. This leads to better absorption and much higher concentrations in the blood.
Thanks to micellar technology, Curcumin x185® has a bioavailability 185 times greater than native curcumin.
