How to use it
Cold therapy: Freeze for at least 2 hours. Heat therapy: Place in the microwave for the time and temperature indicated.
Donot apply for more than 20 minutes or for longer than recommended by your doctor. Remove the mask and wait at least 20 minutes before reapplying. If necessary, reapply the mask. Gently clean the eye mask with a mild soap. Always testthe temperature before applying. Too high a temperature or prolonged application may cause injury in the form of burns. Consult your doctor before using on damaged, irritated, very sensitive or insensitive skin. For external use only. Do not use for purposes other than those intended. Do not open or puncture. Do not swallow contents. Do not use on infants. Children should only use under adult supervision. Heating for longer than the recommended time may damage the compress.
