How to use it
How to take Thalamag?
For children aged 6 and above: take 1 capsule per day, swallowed with a glass of water, preferably at breakfast. From age 15: take 2 capsules at once, always with water.
This supplement supports the immune system. For better absorption, take it with a meal. Always follow the recommended dosage.
