Why take Immunostim capsules?
Alvityl Immunostim capsules offer a probiotic approach to immunity. They combine 3 strains of active cultures (lactobacilli and bifidobacteria) dosed at 5 billion, fibres (fructo-oligosaccharides) and Vitamin C. Can Immunostim and Rhodiola be taken at the same time?
Yes, these two food supplements act on different areas with no known negative interaction. Immunostim targets the microbiota and immunity, whilst Rhodiola is an adaptogenic plant that acts on the nervous system to manage stress. Combining them may even be beneficial during periods of overwork, when stress often weakens immune defences.

Can Immunostim be taken if you have excess iron?
Caution is advised. Immunostim contains Vitamin C, a nutrient known to significantly increase the absorption of dietary iron by the body. If you suffer from haemochromatosis (excess iron in the blood), taking food supplements containing Vitamin C is generally not recommended or must be strictly supervised by a doctor to avoid worsening iron overload.

When is it advisable to take a course of Immunostim?
The ideal time is for prevention. It is recommended to start a course as autumn approaches, from the first cold weather, or in spring. The standard protocol consists of taking one capsule a day for 10 consecutive days each month, over a period of 3 months, to maintain regular support for the immune system.

Is Immunostim food supplement suitable for pregnant and breastfeeding women?
Although probiotics are generally safe, this product also contains Vitamin C.
