How to use it
How to use Vit'All+ Super Omega 3?
Take 1 to 4 capsules daily, ideally with a meal to enhance absorption. Start with 1 capsule per day, then adjust as needed. This omega-3 supplement fits seamlessly into your daily routine.
For consistent intake, spread your dosage throughout the day (e.g. 2 capsules in the morning and 2 in the evening). Store in a cool, dry place away from heat.
