The combined action of the major omega 3 - ALA, EPA and DHA, and vitamin E helps to reduce fatal and non-fatal recurrence of myocardial infarction and maintain normal cholesterol. The components:

vegetable oil: 1.42 g including ALA: 1 g, fish oil: 570 mg including EPA: 300 mg and DHA: 100 mg, natural vitamin E: 6 mg.
