How to use it
1 to 4 capsules per day according to your needs, during meals.

Ingredients: vegetable oil rich in alpha linolenic acid, fish oil , natural vitamin E. Coating agents: gelatin of marine origin , glycerol, purified water.
Not recommended for people allergic to fish and shellfish.
Active for 2 capsules (% of RDA):
vegetable oil: 1.42 g including ALA: 1 g, fish oil: 570 mg including EPA: 300 mg and DHA: 100 mg, natural vitamin E: 6 mg.
Oral way. Keep out of reach of children. For adults and teenagers unless contraindicated. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep away from moisture. This product is not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Mix-Alpha 3 contains ingredients of animal origin, not suitable for vegans and vegetarians.
