Beta caroteneHelps with my skin from getting prickly heat. I've used this for quite a few years. These are expensive but just as good as what I used to get from a different retailer.

Undecided. . .[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Soft gel capsules are vivid in colour, not so big that it causes a problem to swallow & have no unpleasant taste or odour to them, which is great. I bought them for their bioavailable properties (i.e being able to convert from beta carotene to Vitamin A after being absorbed) but haven't yet managed to find a private blood test clinic to see if my body converts sufficiently to Vitamin A (some people have an issue being able to produce Vitamin A from beta carotene & so this product may not be best for them).
That aside, I don't have any actual complaints with this product & have noticed a visible glow to my skin & a brightness in my eyes.
